Monaghan Town Council wish to inform the Public that there will be FREE Car Parking from 12noon to 6pm each day in Monaghan town with effect from Saturday, 17th December 2011 to Wednesday, 28th December 2011 (inclusive).  This will apply to all on-street car parking and public car parks in the town.
